  • Who is eligible for a Chorq Trade Account, how do I apply and how long does it take?

    We work with a curated group of hospitality partners, retailers, and distributors who share our appreciation for quality, provenance, and the role water plays in the guest experience.


    Simply complete our Trade form to apply and once received, we’ll review your details with care.


    We aim to respond within two working days. Where there’s a natural alignment, we’ll move quickly to welcome you.

  • What are your trade prices and margins?
    Our pricing reflects the rarity, craftsmanship, and experience Chorq brings to the table. We offer healthy margins aligned with premium hospitality and retail environments. Full pricing is shared upon approval.

    Do you offer volume or group pricing?
    Yes. We support partners as they grow with us, with considered pricing structures for larger volumes and multi-site operations.

    What payment terms do you offer?
    We offer both pro forma and credit terms, depending on the nature of the partnership.

    Do you offer exclusivity or work with distributors?
    We take a considered approach to distribution, building relationships that protect both the brand and our partners. In certain cases, local exclusivity may be discussed.

  • What is your minimum order, and how quickly can you deliver?
    We have no minimum order quantities. Lead times are typically prompt, and we’ll always communicate clearly so you can plan with confidence.

    Yes. We deliver across the UK, with trusted logistics partners who understand the importance of handling a product of this nature with care.

  • What makes Chorq different?
    Chorq is not simply water. It is a naturally mineral-rich artesian spring water, filtered over 150 years through 400m of chalk aquifer and bottled at source. Designed to elevate the moment it’s served, it brings together wellness, taste, and ceremony in a way no other waters do.

    How should Chorq be served?
    We recommend serving 10.5°C - the same temperature that Chorq bubbles out from the Earth - with the same care you would extend to a fine wine or champagne. We recommend (and supply) the glassware for a perfect serve. The ritual, the pour, the glass, the pause, is all part of the experience.

  • Do you provide training or guidance for our team?
    Yes. We’re here to support you. From tastings to service guidance, we help your team understand not just what Chorq is, but how to present it with confidence.

  • Where is Chorq sourced, and how is it produced?
    Chorq is sourced from our artesian spring on our organic farm estate in the Hampshire Test Valle. Naturally filtered through 400m of chalk aquifer for 150 years, it is bottled at source under its own natural pressure.
