Owned and operated by Murray Diplock, superfood cultivator and registered water sommelier, CHORQ’s artesian spring is at the centre of his organic estate in the Test Valley which dates back to the 1600s and is set within a Hampshire ‘SINC’ (Site of Importance for Nature Conservation - representing a legacy of good stewardship by landowners).
The spring provides the nutrient-rich flowing water in which his watercress crop - the world’s top-rated ‘powerhouse’ superfood - flourishes and thrives.
Our artesian spring bubbles out of the earth under natural pressure, without the need for a mechanical pump.
